It is both important to start with a winning attitude and to continue with one. The successes of one day should lead to the next and build to complete a great week, which then impacts the following week. It should build to a habit of success.

Starting with the Right Attitude
The post for June Eleventh talked about starting the week with the right attitude. With any project it is always important to understand what it is that needs to be achieved; know that it is practical and as far as possible know the potential obstacles. Starting the actual work with a "can do" attitude makes so much difference.
We, each and every one of us, has so much potential. Putting aside our personal physical limitations, there is no reason why we cannot achieve what we set our minds to, although we may have to be adaptive en-route. That "can-do" can be such a very powerful ally in trying to get things done.
Every Step We Take
There are so many things that we have to in completing any project. Not all steps go the way we wish and we do have to tune the course that we take. Part of this can be attaining the knowledge that some things do take longer that we originally planned.
Every step that we take learns from its predecessor and builds towards the next one. The journey, the project is all important and we need to be as enthusiastic the day we complete it as the day we start it. Indeed once we see what is possible this in and of itself will help build momentum
Celebrate Your Success
Each time you make a step forwards it is important to celebrate that and move forwards once again with renewed vigour and passion. One of the things that drives us humans as a species is the sweet taste of success and this should be tasted at frequent intervals.
Celebration can be small, like treating yourself to a Mars bar, but can be as big as taking the whole team and their families away for the weekend. It does need to be proportionate to the accomplishment achieved.

It is simply a guide, a set of practical steps to help you along the way. All the time you must adjust, adapt and grow in taking on life's challenges. Take this collection as a guide for as long as you need it, make it work for you and come back to it whenever you need further assistance. These collected thoughts represent ideas that can be applied today or at any time you need them.
