A Way To Get Radiant Skin
This article describes about a traditional method of taking oil bath which improves skin radiance and texture. This method of oil bath is the best fairness treatment for anyone.
Traditional Oil Bath
Most of us know that the oil bath would help us to improve skin texture, relieves from stress and prevent many skin diseases.
There is a proper method of taking oil bath to get a radiant and fair skin.
Anyone who practice this method regularly , can feel that their skin tone has crossed 2-3 shades toward fair complexion.
Required Items : 3-4 drops of Lemon juice, 2 spoon sesame oil, 1 cup of Gramflour

Oil has to be heated first.
Note: Please do not heat the oil directly on flame!
Put the oil bowl inside another vessel filled with water and heat the vessel.
The oil bowl gets heated on the boiling water. For 2 spoon oil it will not take more than 2-3 minutes to get heated. Then add 3-4 drops of lemon juice to the hot oil.
Allow it to cool for 20-25 minutes.
Apply this oil mixture all over the face (including eyelids) and the body .
Do a mild massage which helps to increase the blood circulation and thus relieves any stress. Wait for 25-30 minutes and then get ready for bathing.
Add a little water to the gram-flour and make it as a paste. Apply it on face and all over the body. Do a gentle scrub for 1-2 minutes. This scrubbing removes excess of oil and dirt on the skin pores. If you still feel a little oily, you can use a mild soap afterwards.
After taking bath , experience a soft and supple skin. Oil bath gives good result if you take at-least once in 15 days.
Continuous practice will make you feel the radiant and fair skin!!!
