April 1st Thought of the Day: You’re no Fool
Being April fools day does not mean that you will be tricked, neither does it mean you have to be the fool. Have fun, but have time to be serious.
Have you been Fooled?
This morning is the morning for jokes and they can come at you from every angle.
I once heard a DJ use April first (which in that year was a Monday and a day after the clocks had moved forwards for summer time). He kept announcing the time as being a further hour forwards. Thousands of listeners were fooled and thought they were late for work.
I am sure you have also heard about or experienced a great April fool prank and comments that share some of them will always be welcome.
You’re no Fool
To think about the more serious side of today. You have to ensure that you are no fool. It is great to have a good life. Sometimes it is good to play the fool once in a while, but on the whole life is a balance and you you cannot play the fool too long without being knows as one.
This is another example where it is important to develop a balance in life. We all need to laugh, but then there are times when it is also necessary to be serious. Having fun helps us all feel good and each of us needs a bit of fun in our lives, without it more people would be depressed and interactions would be very limited. It is the combination of fun and serious attitude that helps build our unique personality.
