Mix food and chew water

How to eat water and drink food?

Modern eating style, just swallowing food as an urgent chore, is the main reason for many of the stomach problems. Today, everything is fast, including eating. Modern man no time to eat. Insufficient chewing of food forces the stomach to work harder to break down larger chunks by acids. If it is chewed well in the mouth, the digestion process will become easier and more beneficial. While an easy task for a tooth it takes time and effort for acids.

Dr. Lad, an Ayurvedic physician, says that you should chew water while drinking it so that it can completely mix with saliva. In the same way food also should be completely mixed with saliva so that it becomes a diluted liquid. Saliva is an antibacterial acid that contains enzymes which help digest food. Saliva also fights bacteria and prevents infection.

How can water help you reduce weight?

Eating water is drinking water mindfully by mixing it well with saliva. This habit of drinking water often during the day helps you with a feeling of fullness without consuming high-calorie coffees and snacks. This helps you eat less since you already feel full. Less consumption means less calories and a reduced weight.
