One day, you wake up and identify that you can not stand them any more, you want to find a place to hide but you can’t. You have to go to work, meet the people, try to smile and stand the stress one more day.
Cotrolling Your Stress
Stress is a part of our modern life. You have to run many tasks and plans with the rust deathline, you have to keep the relations with people that you don’t like actually, your work record is not so good and your manager asks you to do these work again, or the noisy sound of the radio, the traffic jam, the children... Those things will make you tired quickly.
One day, you wake up and identify that you can not stand them any more, you want to find a place to hide but you can’t. You have to go to work, meet the people, try to smile and stand the stress one more day.
You can not avoid stress. You have to face it. Don’t let it controls you, you have to know how to control it and your life will better. I have some tips to help you control the stress well.
1. Reduce the causes of stress
If you are stressed by the noisy sound, Try to find a peaceful place to stay for a while, you will feel better. If you are stressed because of too much tasks, you need to reject some tasks. Don’t ask yourself to work so hard, you will be killed by the stress before you can see your success.
2. Stay for a while in silence and do nothing
When you feel overwhelmed, you can leave your stressful life and find a peaceful place to stay for a while. The time you stay there will help you relax, you can review your life, identify what are your wants and what are your needs, and decide what to do next. If you just work to gain your needs, your life will have less stresses.
4. Listen to the music
Music helps you heal your soul and reduce stress.
The best kind of music that helps you reduce the stress is your favorite kind of music.
5. Play with your pet
When you are playing with your pet, you will feel that you are a child, and you can leave all the responsibilities of an adult away. Just few minutes a day, your pet will help you control your stress well.
6. Share your problem with some one that you can believe in
They will share the feeling with you, give you some advice and treat you.
7. Spend one day to drive your car far far away
When you are driving on the highway, you will feel free as a bird is flying on the road. The nice scenes and the fresh air will help you feel better. You can listen to music while driving, but drive carefully.
8. Take a bath
It is the good and easy way to relax and recover your health after a hard working day. Especially when you bath with warm water, you will feel very relax and healthy
I hope these tips will help you some. Don’t ask yourself to work so hard and try to take time to relax, you will control your stress easily.

You have a lot of articles. I haven't read all of them but I will make a couple of comments. I admire your ambition in writing articles on so many subjects, but if you are going to write in English, you need to work on your grammar. A little improvement in this area could go a long way toward improving your readership.
