I use honey all the time. It is great and is healthy. I have even been known to cook with honey and molasses in savoury dishes because of the beneficial health properties in each.

I use honey every morning in my coffee and on cereal. It is good for immunity. It metabolizes differently than sugar, and does not have the destructive capacity that sugar does, in moderation. Thanks for the article on one of my favorite topics!

Honey has so many benefits and it is a healthier substitute for sugar.
A spoon of honey in a glass of warm lemon water taken immediately on getting up in the morning will cleanse away the toxins in the body.
Nice write.
