How Vinegar can Function
There is not definite evidence that vinegar will guarantee weight loss. But the acids in the vinegar help neutralize bacteria that sometimes may be causing the weight gain or water retention in the body. By taking 2 tablespoons of vinegar before a meal helps lower blood pressure and a decreased chance of being diabetic.
How honey can function
Honey will make the taste less harsh when drinking. Honey is added to the diet plan to digest the vinegar, it helps coat the stomach to prevent from having a stomach ache.
Make sure to dilute the vinegar in water. Apple cider vinegar is very much acidic, it comes in pill form and has been known to burn when taken by itself by spoon. Honey can very much soothe the throat, reducing the damage and also to prevent stomach aches.
