How to Keep Cancers Out of Your Door
Tip#1 Try to lose some weight and stay within a healthy weight range.
Tip#2 Each day, use 30 to 60 minutes to do some physical exercises.
Tip#3 Limit the intake of high-calorie food and drink less beverage containing sugar.
Tip#4 If possible, breastfeed your new-born baby during the first six months.
Tip#5 Eat less red meat and prepared meat. Fresh fish and chicken are much healthier for you.
Tip#6 Drink less alcohol.
Tip#7 Stop smoking.
Tip#8 Eat more vegetables and fruits.
Tip#9 When you cook, put less salt into your meal.
Tip#10 Don’t take too much nutritional medicine.
