Here we are talking about avoiding the food items that are unhealthy and trying to plant a better and healthy replacement in our diet. People when trying to lose weight often crave for chocolates, ice creams, and cheese etc. but there is no need to avoid them to such an extent that it becomes the sole purpose of your life. There are always healthy replacements available for the people trying to lose weight.
-Instead of traditional butter go for peanut butter.
-Replace chocolates with nutrition bars.
-Make use of mayonnaise cheese.
-Include dates and bananas as replacement for your sugar cravings.
-Eat yogurt as a part of your dairy product item.
There are many replacements one can suggest and implement as shown above and by slowly and gradually including them in your diet will make it a healthy diet and your life healthy.
