Anger can be very stressful and almost non profitable at any stage in your life. This is a brief writing about how to detect and overcome anger.
Well, anger according to the dictionary is” anger is an emotion related to one’s perception of having been offended or wronged and a tendency to undo that wrongdoing by retaliation”. anger also shows how sensitive a person can be.I tell this from personal experience. Showing how angry you are is also a way of expressing you care but when someone doesn’t care enough and is not sorry, is it worth getting angry and letting the other person know too? i guess not. The best revenge would be not to show that it hurt and go on like nothing happened.
Symptoms of anger:
your heart rate increases and you tend to act on impulse.
Some cry cause they get pissed.
Blurt all that you don’t mean.
Say things you might regret later.
The brain somewhat comes to a halt which affects your decision making adversely he he :)
How to overcome anger:
Take a long breadth before saying or doing anything when you are angry.
Count from 1-10, this helps you cool down.
Take a paper and pen and write down all the bad things you feel and tear the paper and don’t speak about it again.
Find out what makes you angry.
once problem is known, learn ways of dealing with it.
Listen to your favourite music, this helps to keep your mind calm.
Think what benefit will you get when you act accordingly when you are angry?
