How to change your thoughts to change your life
I believe in astrology and astrology is the study of the motion of stars and planets. Each star signifies a character, for instance , Jupiter decides how much you will earn, the sun is in charge of your popularity and so on. However, astrology doesn’t only depend on the celestial movement which cannot be controlled. Every star has a story and considered a God in Indian mythology. Our mental state of mind decides to a large extent how the Gods will react to us and in turn how the stars will affect our destiny.
Positive thinking is a very important aspect of life. Negative thinking on the other hand, can change your future by changing how the stars will react to your position. People with a very good destiny can end up messing it all up, and losing it somewhere down by the line by their own actions and reactions to the life around them.
Even though I consider myself young, with quite a long life full of experiences in front of me, I have had the experience of bringing down my luck by being depressed or by not cherishing the gifts that God has showered on us. We should be forever grateful to the air we breathe, and the Lord who is forever forgiving.
Easier said than done, positive thinking is a habit we must develop. You will see the change in how luck starts favouring you very soon after you inculcate it. Here are a few easy tips to stop worrying and start enjoying!

Every day you wake up, do make it a point to take care of yourself in terms of personal hygiene and health. Take time out to brush your teeth, wash your hair, chop your nails, take a hearty bath, listen to some soothing music, never wake up late to avoid the rush esp if you have appointments. Taking care of yourself is the first step towards inviting positive energy.
Show the happiness and gratefulness you feel. Smile a lot, remember it’s the best gift you can give a stranger.
Take time out for your hobbies. Never neglect the things that you love doing. You might have to go out of your way to find time out for it, but make sure to do so.
Be surrounded with positive people. If you have a friend who steals money, or who doesn’t return things he borrows, who creates drama unnecessarily- let go of that person. Some people are just broken, and staying with negative people makes you more negative than them themselves!
Laugh a lot, never be too shy to laugh out loud!
Work hard, do not procrastinate. If you think you must do something but are not doing it out of procrastination or laze- it’s time to act now! This is the only life you got, what are you waiting for?!
Always try to help as many people as you can. Especially the old, disabled, small kids, orphans, the destitute. Make it a point to go out of your way to help at least one person each day, Try to bring a difference in the life of at least one person daily.
Let go of the past. When Einstein said that time is an illusion, he meant that there is no yesterday, no tomorrow, just the moment that you have right now. Think about it, we can measure time with clocks and calendars but that is just to CALCULATE. We’re living in one moment and there is nothing that we left behind, nothing is waiting for us. This moment is all we have!
Expect less out of people. Do as much as you can, but try to expect little in return, especially from people who don’t matter as much. Keep limited expectations only out of your family and few close friends but be good to everyone.
When you’re in a stressful situation, try to take it easy. Do not lose your temper, and remember- life is funny. Nothing is permanent, nothing can be worse than losing your temper and losing the balance that you’d maintained prior to the situation. Take it easy, tap your feet, sing a song but release the tension!
Lastly, when you go to sleep, think about good things and think about how you can make tomorrow even better. Always sleep on a positive note feeling fresh and grateful.

yes we all need to find ways to live a stress free life, and should try not to bring stress onto other people as well.
