Stress is just awful for us.
I have always thought that, most of the ailments people get are from either, your genes, stress or both.
Great info.
Thank you for the comment on my page.
I have since changed my page.
When I first started to write on wikinut a few months back, once your work was published, you were not able to change it.
I am so happy that has changed.
I am now going back and working on my older articles.
Even though I have a long way to go, I have learned so much since then and I think I can only improve on my work.
I just wanted to add this, so you don't think that, this is as good as my articles can be.
Thank you for your article and your time. :)
