Do you drink enough water? Read on and see if you think you can do anything better!

- I don't like water.
- When will I start to feel the benefits?
How much water do you drink?
Despite what the experts say, most people only drink 2-3 glasses of water per day, which is less than 1/4 of what experts recommend.
You should drink at least 8 glasses of water per day.
Why would water help?
If you drink a lot of water, your skin will look healthier, your energy will last for longer, and your appitite will be slightly suppressed, meaning that you're much less likely to overeat.
Water is also much better for your teeth than sugary drinks, and has no calories, meaning that you can have as much as you like without putting any weight on.
I don't like water.
It doesn't matter- you'll be happy to know that other things count as well! Cups of tea count, providing you don't add any sugar to it, and also cordial drinks count too. If you have a glass with each of your three meals, and a glass with each snack, then you're already most of the way there.
Have a drink with you all the time in a bottle, and take regular sips; particularly if you're working at a desk or studying in a school or a university.
When will I start to feel the benefits?
You will notice the changes within two days. Drinking more water flushes your system, meaning that you will feel a lot fresher, and ready to face whatever life throws at you.
You will feel much less sluggish, which means that your mood will be much better.
