Body
Honey is particularly excellent for dry and sensitive skin as it re-hydrates and purifies the skin but is beneficial for all skin types.

• Use is as a conditioner for your hair; you can mix a spoonful with olive oil but you do have to wash it out thoroughly after for a silky look. Leave the conditioner infusion on for half an hour for maximum effect.
• You can also mix it with lemon juice and water when you feel your hair needs that extra shiny boost.
