1. Coffee
Coffee have so many caffeine, and if you to much consume caffeine, can be so bad for your health, but if you just consume a caffeine in right dosage, it's can help you to reduce your headache, but, if you too much consume caffeine, your headache will become worst, so, you better drink only one cup of coffee to reduce your headache.

2. Bananas
Do you ever know that bananas can reduce headache? Bananas even can make your headache disappear, why? It's because bananas have so much proteins, magnesiums, and also potassiums that can make your headache disappear and lower your blood pressure, bananas also can make your nerve more relax.

3. Watermelon
Watermelon have so much waters inside, and waters from watermelon can relax your nerve, not just that, all nutrition inside watermelon can make you feel more comfortable and relax, watermelon also can reduce your headache with it's water and also make you be spared of dehydration.
