The nutrients that your body has is derived from the food that you take. So improve your knowledge on food, understand which is suitable for you.Try taking in good foods like nuts, berries, peanut butter, olive oil, greens, chicken, whole grains, etc. which has lots of proteins available and less of the bad foods like fried food, saturated fat, fructose corn syrup, hydrogenated oils, etc. which does not provide you with required nutrients. Reading the label of what you’re eating will tell you a lot.

Step 2: Exercise

Exercise is the most important of all when it comes to better health. You willl be less prone to infections and diseases you if exercise regularly. There are so many benefits of exercising, including stronger bones and improved body. You should definitely try doing some exercise daily or 3-4 times a week along with the work you do for your earning/living.

It’s been measured that if you add 3 pounds of muscle to your body, this added muscle will burn as many calories as if you ran 1 mile. Muscle burns calories!

Step 3: Nutritional Supplements

They are very necessary and very beneficial- especially when combined with healthy eating habits. It’s almost impossible to get all the nutrients your body needs through food alone, but combining proper nutrition with nutritional supplements is very powerful.

The one supplement everyone should be taking is a good multivitamin/mineral.

Step 4: Stress Management and Sleep

Stress management and getting good sleep each night completes the processes regarding your health. It is said that you grow up to half millimeters in length during your sleep. Your body will get damaged if you continue doing all stress. Two tips you might want to implement include prioritizing your day each morning and practicing deep breathing exercises. Just try it and you will get your results.

Of the four tips you mention, I find the 1st and the last one very difficult to follow and maintain. I think for parents and professionals, these two would also their problem.
