Getting a good night's sleep is not easy for some people. There are many factors that affect a person having problems in getting a good night's sleep. Drinking coffee and watching a horror movie before bed can cause hard to get a good night's sleep. These activities can increase the adrenaline that will affect the quality of sleep. According to some health experts, poor sleep quality not only makes it easy sleepy and tired the next day, but also can make depression, promote weight loss, increase the risk of cardiovascular disease, and diabetes.

1. Avoid drinks that cause sleeplessness

Energy drinks can make you awake and difficulty sleeping at night. If you still want to eat them, try to stop before 2 pm.

2. Eat foods that induce sleep

3. Stretch your body
