There are persons who need to stop smoking, but they cant. Here are the drawbacks that causes while we smoke and i am suggesting some tips to avoid that .

Smoking is one of the most deadliest drug used in the world today. It can damage every part of your body like head, lungs, stomach, kidney, pancreas, bladder etc. This may also lead to stroke, blindness, heart disease, gum infection, reduced fertility rate.

Everyone needs to care about their health and if you can help others also. Quitting from tobacco is a difficult task. Sometimes it may take long time to stop. It will depend on our mind whether to avoid it or not. Here are some of the tips to stop smoking

1 A person who smokes a lot has the higher percentage of causing diseases. So the first step is to reduce the number of cigarettes that smokes daily.

2 The number of cigarette puffs is also a huge factor. Higher the puffs, higher the risk.

3 If you have an urge, drink water or engage in any activity. Stop thinking of that.

4 Your smoking may cause serious disorders to others, even in your family. Please don't inhale in front of others.

5 Make non smoking friends and stick with them.

Practice it and you will succeeded. Do exercises daily because It will regain your mental strength.
