1.Maintain a Healthy Weight:
Being overweight or obese means you have excess body fat. Reduce your risk for cancer by maintaining a healthy weight through eating right and exercise.
2.Eat a Plant-based Diet:
Eating a healthy diet can help you stay lean. Frill two third of your plate with vegetables, fruits, and whole grains. Limiting foods like red and processed meat reduces your risk for several types of cancer.
3.Don't Smoke:
