This is a recipe of a mix of vegetables that will help you to control blood pressure
HEALTH
Combining different fruits and vegetables in a smoothie, allows us to create a great variety of juices to help prevent diseases and disorders in different parts of our body and mind.
There are “cocktails” of fruits and vegetables that help us fight against anemia, diarrhea, insomnia. obesity, wrinkles, fatigue, liver disorders, bad breath, stress, headaches, osteoporosis, hypertension and many others… it is always recommended to drink them in the mornings, for a better absorption.
The following is a recipe to fight hypertension…..
50 grs lettuce
1500 grs carrots
75 grs beet
Wash them carefully first. and prepare the smoothie with this ingredients. drink this cocktail once a day and watch the results !! allow several days to notice changes in your blood pressure. try it and post your comments !!!
