Stress is a major problem all over the world. Many people have a hard time dealing with stress. There are many different activities people can do to overcome all the stress in their lives.

There are many different activities for reducing stress. There are activities you can do to help reduce the stress in your life, things that you may never have thought about. Everyone gets stressed out sometimes. Knowing what helps you deal with stress will help you live a happier life.

Activities for Reducing Stress for High Energy People

Some people have a hard time sitting still. These people are always on the go. They need to be moving all the time. Here some stress reducing activities for high - energy people.

  • House cleaning
  • Dancing
  • Working out
  • Medium exercises of any type
  • Walking your pet




Many high - energy people have a hard time meditating. They have a hard time sitting still and focusing. Yoga would be a much better activity for this type of people. Light exercise and movement have been found very helpful for reducing stress amongst high-energy people.

Personal note: My son and husband both have ADHD and have found these types of activities very helpful. They both had a hard time trying to meditate because they found it hard to sit still and relax for more than fifth teen minutes.

Activities for Reducing Stress

Meditation is one of the best ways to reduce stress. Meditation reduces the heart rate and helps you relax. Yoga is another highly recommended activity for reducing stress yoga also helps strength the mind, body, and spirit. Listening to music has also been shown to help reduce stress. If, you have a pet, pets are well-known stress reducers. Doctors have recommended people to get a pet, who suffer from stress. Walking and low impact exercise will also help reduce stress.

There are many wonderful activities to help you reduce the stress in your life. Try may different stress reducing activities and find the ones that work best for you. Self -awareness is a big key in being able to reduce the stress in your life. Knowing what stress reducing activities works best for you will greatly increase your quality of life.

I am sorry that yt hubby n son had that illness but you look positively which benefits them. Those activities are helpful

A stress reducing activity for me is to take a 1-mile walk and pray.

Great tips! I like to walk and there is a walking trail near where I live. The trail leads me through trees and is near the sea. A beautiful place to listen to the call of birds and the waves washing the shoreline. Meditation is listening to nature and to God. "Be Still and know that I am God". Psalm 46:10 Blessings.
