How to prepare a daily juice to fight anemia to be drunk after every meal.

Attack Anemia with a smoothie

The possibility of combining different fruits and vegetables in a smoothie, allows us to create a great variety of juices to help us prevent diseases and disorders in different parts of our body and mind.

There are several “cocktails” of fruits and vegetables that help us fight against insomnia, nerves, anemia, diarrhea, insomnia, obesity, wrinkles, fatigue, liver disorders, bad breath, stress, headaches, osteoporosis, hypertension and many others… It is always recommended to drink smoothies in the mornings, and before having breakfast, for a better absorption, but, in this case drink it after lunch and dinner.I

This is the Juice that will help us fight against ANEMIA:

All you have to do is an apricot juice ....better if you have a juice extractor, but you can also pour one cup of water in a mixer and chop 150 grs of apricot and mix.
