A simple recipe that teaches us how to attack bad breath or halitosis

Fight Bad Breath with a Smoothie

The combination of different fruits and vegetables in a smoothie, allows us to create a great variety of juices to help us prevent diseases and disorders in different parts of our body and mind.

There are several "cocktails" of fruits ans vegetables that help us fight against anemia, diarrhea, insomnia. obesity, wrinkles, fatigue, liver disorders, bad breath, stress, headaches, osteoporosis, hypertension and many others… it is always recommended to drink them in the mornings, for a better absorption.

This is a recipe of a Cocktail that will help us deal with BAD BREATH OR HALITOSIS, all you need is:

250 gr carrot

125 grs spinach

125 grs cucumber

If you have a juice extractor, just make the juice in it. If you are using a mixer, add 2 cups of water and mix the ingredients with the water in the mixer.

Drink the smoothie in the mornings before breakfast….good luck !!

Good post ... To improve perhaps explain why halitosis etc can be reduced by taking certain fruits in a fruit smoothie. I am no expert in disease conditions although would find the article far more useful if I knew which foods would help keep breath fresh. Also is this the only smoothie you drink maybe suggest a few more and perhaps say what the good and the bad points are. Please take this as constructive criticism ... I want to help ! Good luck for future articles and great topic :)
