Are you pairing the food you crave with something unhealthy? Then here are some mistakes that you should avoid to get rid of your cravings.

SERVING BIGGER

You have got a craving for brownies, you're going to take three, take them and take a small serving, eat it and enjoy , and then wait 15 minutes until next hunger.

DON'T KNOW WHY YOU ARE CRAVING

recommends keeping a cravings journal. When a craving hits, assume your emotions like you're tired, anxious, stressed or bored. and you can deal with the causes, rather than trying to eat as a solution.

NOT CONNECTING THE FOOD YOU CRAVE WITH HEALTHY ONE

You can satisfy your yearning by eating healthy food and pair your healthy foods with a small amount of your choice. it gives your body the

nutrition to function. Eat salad with grilled salmon with a side of fries or get a piece of grilled chicken and more vegetables with a small bowl of cheese.

KEEPING YOUR TEMPTATION AROUND

The mental battle between you and cookies in pantry does not have to be fought every day.
Out of sight, out of mind works and situation will be fix. If at 10pm and you want a cookie, you probably not go outside your house to buy it but when they are under your nose then surely it will be too easy to grab one.
