“Water is essential in life,” a though that is for real not only as what we see around us but for ourselves. As we all know that Earth is made up of a high percentage of water than land, the Human body also simplify that definition. The human body comprises 70-80% water. Water is essential in the development of our body’s metabolism and keeping us alive.

There are many benefits of water intake for the body. We need to know some of it as other people search for other alternatives of water. Here are some benefits of water in our body:
Drinking water can help brain damage and disorder. Dehydration can cause damage to the brain that leads to bleeding which is one cause of multiple disorders like Parkinson’s disease and Alzheimer’s. It is also a good prevention to insomnia and even depression. You brain will react fully without any water loss.

Water is a good source of a beautiful glowing skin. Drinking water can be attributes to the fact that it is a natural body purifier in removing toxins and waste from your body. It gets rid of dead cell in your body and gives you a rich not dry skin. It is also good for the eye health.

It helps prevent the risk of heart disease. While cholesterol is clogging arteries in our heart, with hydration trough water can help prevent this. One benefits of water is that it prevents and treats hypertension.

Water is part of a weight loss program. When water activates the sympathetic nervous, it causes to production of a hormone called epinephrine. Epinephrine increases the rate of fat breakdown. Researcher believe that it is better to drink cold water since the body has to extend more energy to warm the water to the body temperature and losing calories on doing it. Water helps you in boosting your metabolism rate.

Water is also good for women that are pregnant because aside of having a baby the natural way, it can soother the muscles and have you can have a baby by water birth also. It is beneficial to both the mother and the baby because it is little bit easier and is less painful.

Drinking water can help eliminate body toxins. The more water you drink the more often you will release it by urination and perspiration which means toxins will be cleared out of your body when you urinate and sweat.

There are many factor and reasons why water is essential. Water is in us and will make us healthier.
