Health benefits of Peanuts

Peanuts are small but powerful for your health. They are packed with a myriad of nutrients. In fact there are over 30 different nutrients.They are loaded with niacin, folate, fibre, magnesium, Vitamin E, manganese and phosphorus.

While peanuts do contain a large amount of fat, this fat is not the 'bad' fat, known as saturated fat, but it's mainly 'good' fats or unsaturated fats.America's FDA has made a suggestion that eating peanuts may reduce heart disease.

Niacin in peanuts, helps to maintain brain health, while the antioxidants in peanuts provides health benefits as well, having more antioxidant power than carrots or beets.They also contain resveratrol, which helps fight cardiovascular disease and fight cancer.

Roasted peanuts provide more health benefits than raw peanuts because it releases far more antioxidants, up to 22 percent more.
Those who have allergies to peanuts it’s best advised not to consume them.

I never knew roasting them gave them a bit more goodness. Nice read!
