Is it time in your life to finally decide to make good decisions on your eating habits. Are you ready to think twice about what type of foods you want to put into your body? Reading further will help you decide on these questions.

Addiction to food

Most everyone in today's world loves to eat delicious foods; however, there are people in this world that have an unhealthy way of looking at foods. There is 2 health conditions that I know of that are of great concern, that can even be life threatening/

Bulimia is an eating disorder. People that have this health condition have a misconception that they are fat and unattractive to say the least They consume food at a rapid pace, never feeling full. Vomiting is their way of getting rid of the excessive amount of foods that they had just eaten. By purging after eating too often can cause damage to the throat. The stomach may develop health problems as well due to constantly over eating and purging.
I am not quoting facts about this condition. This is how I think about what I have learned about the condition Bulimia.

Anorexia is another serious health concern. People that suffer from this condition tend to think of themselves as fat, when it reality they are so thin that their bones show through their bodies. They usually end up hospitalized after a period of time from lack of nutrition. This condition if left untreated may turn out to be life threatening.

This is enough information to get health conscious individuals to hopefully want to learn more about this type of eating disorder. Eating well is all about balancing the types of foods we eat, and learning about portion size. Eat well, not too little, and not too much,

Your life your choice

Eating too little or too much is all up to each individual. Eating too much on a daily basic may turn into conditions like Bulimia and anorexia. I don't know much about both of these conditions except they can turn out to be life threatening if action is not taken to put their health back in working order. Individuals that have these condition must first admit they need help if they ever want to regain a strong mind and body.

It is truly up to us all to decide what type of life we want to lead. is it a healthy life, or a life full of poor health? It is up to all of us, so do we want to give life to our bodies, or possibly give it death sooner than it need be?

Body Image

Many people today have a misconception about what a healthy weight entitles. People either think that are too fat or too skinny. Society seems to get more judgmental every year. People tend to talk about other people alot of their waking day. People are looking everywhere talking with their friends about how fat or too skinny people look. Making fun of people's weight hurts a person's self esteem.

Be an example of how to live a healthy life to everyone.
