Diet and Nutrition

Spend at least 30 minutes a day doing a physically challenging activity; like walking, playing soccer, table tennis, going skiing or even swimming.

Eat six small meals at 3 hour intervals during the day. Eat only protein rich food after 7pm!

Always eat your fleshly protein food first in your meals.

Eat slow digesting carbohydrates such as sweet proteins and balsamic rice.

Get a fat-burning thermogenic agent, preferably one from MPOWER.

Drink a lot of water, you should never be feeling thirsty!

Never skip your meals, it will slow down your metabolism and decrease fat burning in your body.

Have plenty of sleep. You’ll need at least 7 hours of sleep to keep your metabolism firing on all cylinders!

Eat low sodium foods only. Use olive oil instead of sunflower oil.

Stop smoking! Every time you crave a smoke, exercise; take a walk, play a sport or go on a jog.

Incorporate weight training with your cardio, especially squats and bench presses.
