Proverbs chapter 15 verse 13 says a merry heart makes a cheerful countenance but by the sorrow of the heart the spirit is broken.
Proverbs chapter 17 verse 22 says a merry heart doeth good like a medicine but a broken spirit dries the bones.

Peanuts

Let me start by asking how many people make it a tradition to watch Charlie Brown and the Peanuts gang every year when the holiday season rolls around? Well some people think they are too old to be still watching Charlie Brown and the Peanuts gang during the holidays and some say it is childish to watch the comic cartoons because they think mature adults shouldn’t watch those silly cartoons.

People need to lighten up you only live once in this human fleshly body and God loves to see his children laugh and enjoy themselves while living on this earth. Darrell Farmer who is 53 still loves to watch Charlie Brown and the Peanuts gang every year when the holiday season rolls around.

It just does the heart good to set down in your home with the ones you love and watch those silly cartoons because it reminds us of fond memories of our innocent childhood years when our minds were full of dreams and visions about thing to come and fantasies that may or may not come true.

People may ask when will you grow up and stop acting like a child and stop watching Charlie Brown and the Peanuts gang. Refuse never to grow up so much that you become a Scrooge and when the decision is made to grow up keep that childish personality that will still be within you just waiting for the right opportunity to make its self known no matter what people may think about you.

Proverbs chapter 15 verse 13 says a merry heart makes a cheerful countenance but by the sorrow of the heart the spirit is broken.
Proverbs chapter 17 verse 22 says a merry heart doeth good like a medicine but a broken spirit dries the bones.

Both of the bible verses above are very wise scriptures to read and apply to our daily lives and if someone you know or love acts a little childish at times don’t be a Scrooge and break their joyful spirit.

The scriptures in the bible are full of truth and life all you have to do is open up the book and read the living word of God and begin to live a joyful life and not live like you are dried up and dead.

In 53 years of life God has blessed Darrell to live on this earth and he has seen many people from all walks of life and from many different ethnic backgrounds. Darrell has found that the word of God is full of truth and life but also of death and suffering.

Darrell has also discovered through the word of God if you allow God to be your father
and Jesus to be your savior you are always considered a child of God.
As a child of God you are still considered a child no matter how old you are. So lighten up and live.
