Tasty and nutritious Cheela Lauki Daal

Gourd Dal Cheela very tasty and nutritious. This gives us plentiful proteins and vitamins that keep us healthy. You feel like a holiday or whenever you can eat breakfast instead. So let’s make today chila gourd and lentils.
Materials required:
Moong dal - 100 gm
Chana dal - 100 gm
Urad dal - 50 gm
Asafoetida - pinch 1-2
Gourd - 300 gm
Green chillies - 3-4 (finely chop)
Ginger - 2 inch long piece (grated s)
Red pepper - 1/4 (if you wish)
Salt - 3/4 tsp (to taste)
Baking powder - 3/4 tsp
Cumin - 2 tsp
Oil - to bake chila
Method:
First of all pulses to make gourd Dal Cheela Clean and wash thoroughly and please keep them soaked in water for 5-6 hours.
