Cholesterol is the most dangerous threat of modern health world. High cholesterol starts early in twenties in most of the modern people. But the symptoms of diseases appear only after 10-20 years. High cholesterol can be reduced by synthetic good cholesterol.

High cholesterol levels threaten the heart health

High cholesterol is the atom bomb threat to the modern health world. High cholesterol levels threaten the health of the entire vascular system and cause fatal diseases.
Vascular diseases end in atherosclerosis, stroke, blockage of blood circulation in extremities, rupture of aortic aneurysm, etc.

Cholesterols good and bad

Cholesterol is essential for the functions of the body. What helps the body is called high-density lipoprotein (HDL) or good cholesterol. High level of bad cholesterol that harms the body and leads to diseases is called bad cholesterol or low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL).

Most of the cholesterol is manufactured by body itself from saturated and unsaturated fat that we consume through foods. Most of the plant food in our diet contains unsaturated fat and animal products give us saturated fat. Unsaturated fat lowers cholesterol whereas saturated fat raises its level.

Reduce bad cholesterol (LDL)

It has become very necessary to reduce bad cholesterol by increasing good cholesterol. Modern fast foods contain mostly animal products that contain saturated fat. Meat(mainly processed), egg yoke, and dairy products contain saturated fats. Most of the fast foods in restaurants and baked and fried foods contain high cholesterol.

Reduce bad cholesterol with good cholesterol

1) Bad cholesterol(LDL) can be reduced by increasing good cholesterol and artificial or synthetic good cholesterol. Nuts and oils contain monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fat that increase good cholesterol levels.

2) MayoClinic.com says that certain types of fish contain large amounts of omega-3 fatty acids, which can contribute to an increase in good cholesterol. Fatty fish such as sardines, mackerel, herring and salmon are healthy sources of omega-3 fatty acids.

Golden Cholesterol

3) US researchers, under Chad Mirkin of Northwestern University in Chicago, have recently developed an artificial synthetic good cholesterol. The compound they produced contains a tiny core of gold, which they have manufactured by using nanotechnology. The researchers think it has the potential to clean the excess bad cholesterol stagnated in the arteries.

4) Ancient Siddha medicines of India have been using gold particles called Thangabasmam (gold ash) to boost the energy of body and mind. Mirkin’s discovery of gold particle usage confirms this ancient medical usage, He states that gold is used as an ideal scaffolding material because its shape can be easily tailored, and it is non-toxic, making it a good drug candidate.

5) Modern studies have found that powerful drugs known as statins can help lower LDL levels, by raising levels of good cholesterol HDL. But there are some side effects in using these drugs.
