De-clutter Lest It Kills You!

It’s not easy to get rid of physical clutter but it is easy to spot, however, as soon as you are ready to start, you can simply stuff it in a box and sell it or donate it. When it comes to cyber clutter, the evidence is less conspicuous yet very noticeable when you go through the dozens of folders on your desktop. You also see it when you open your email.

Admit It, Clutter Kills

So, what of your inner clutter? Your emotional baggage which you tote around 24/7? All the why me’s?, all the if only’s and the what if’s ? How do you switch off that voice inside your head that never lets you move ahead.

You might as well admit it, stress kills. Stress brings on or causes disease or worsens the symptoms of disease. Stress makes us anxious and sad.

We've got to keep on smiling, we've got to keep on trying!

You Are Amazing!

As far as I can tell, the greatest cause of stress seems to be inner clutter. It’s all about hashing through stuff, that have already happened or may or may not soon happen.

The anxiety and worry that you put yourself through will potentially kill you if you let it, and even if it doesn't kill you, literally, it will stifle and smother that incredible person, the real you or at least the incredible person you want to be, the one you deserve to be and also, the person others deserve to know, the real you.

Some tell tale signs of inner clutter are:

• Overwhelmedness
• Judgement
• Bitterness
• Worry
• Regret
• Guilt
• Fear.

There are other signs, but most are really just other forms of the ones above. They may be just a part of life, but they don’t have to be a part of your life. Start to release yourself from this inner clutter right this moment, there is no next time, only what is left of this life. Enjoy your journey, you are worth it.

Thank you Magnolia Car, you have no idea how focus in the face of imminent danger can see you through. There is no hope at all of establishing this, inside a cluttered mind. The ancient Greeks stated that nature abhors a vacuum and I'll confess this much, so do I. When you take a closer look at your work area, what have you filled your special spaces with? These objects, would be what means the most to you. When you enter my special spaces, you'll find piles of research materials and many books. So, to confirm, my special outerspace is focused on reading and writing and as such, I strive to approach a problem, applying my writer's skills analytically, focused.

1st November 2016 (#) Hi , Thank you for being on my readers list. I have been searching for about 2 years for a write for cash site which works as easily as wikinut and pays like Bubblews did in their heyday! One of our wikinutters, passed this information on to me of a brand new cash writing site which is similar to Bubblews and it pays its writers for original work. I joined and find their pay system very rewarding.
If you could use a few extra dollars like I do, and would like more details please join here:

Kindest regards,

PS: Many wikinut and Bubblews writing community are already there!
