She focuses on 4 principles, that one should follow to lose weight the healthy way. She stresses on the point, that one should ignore how much calories they are consuming in a day and rather focus on what they are actually eating.

She further explains that one should eat their breakfast within an hour, after they wake up.

Principle 4: Your last meal/snack should be atleast 2 hours before sleeping
