You have to drive or go on the road of life carefully. You have to live your life mindfully. If you are careless, it will create a heavy loss. Carelessness of even a second may be enough to cause an irretrievable damage.

Life is a journey on a one-way road

Life is a journey on a one-way road. As a saying goes, “Life is a one way road. Where you can see back, but you can’t go back. So don’t miss anything, Enjoy every second of life.” You have to drive or go on this road carefully. You have to live your life mindfully. If you are careless, it will create a heavy loss. Carelessness of even a second may be enough to cause an irretrievable damage.

Life is a one-way road

You cannot go back on the road of life. It becomes history when you pass even a second. But you can realize the mistakes that you have committed in the past and take your next step carefully. But the damage caused will remain there. The one-way road of your life moves in one direction only. It is the meaning of a one-way road. The reason for this one-way road may be either to facilitate only one-way traffic, or it is designed to direct vehicles to move in one direction for safety reasons. But these two reasons give enlightening thoughts for the one-way road of life also.

Every human life is unique. It is to be lived just only once. Many people do not understand the principle of life being a one-way road. It is a wonderful road which you cannot miss. If you miss the road you have to take long alternate roads that can reach that road again.

Plan well to drive or walk on this road

You have to set your goals properly and proceed your journey. There are provisions to stop on the road, take a breath and proceed. As C.S. Lewis pointed out, “Failures are finger posts on the road to achievement” you have to learn from the failures and plan ahead accordingly.

Read the signs and proceed

There are sign boards which direct you on the road. You have to read them and plan accordingly. Life is not stagnant. You have to move. You cannot stand in the middle of the road blocking the way for others. It is dangerous for you also. You may be knocked down by the traffic at any time.

I intend to drive well and avoid the dead ends. There may be detours along the way, but I will be cautious. This is most enlightening. Michelle

We are given only one chance and have a fixed term. We should ever be aware of the choices we make in life and never repeat the mistakes. We have been lax in our attitude as nature has been kind to us so far. Thanks VP for a wise post - siva
