Nuts and seeds strengthen your brain cells. They supply nutrients to the functions of your brain and improve your memory. By boosting your brain power, nuts and seeds improve your overall well-being.

Seeds and nuts can strengthen the brain

You are what you eat. The food that you eat can make you healthy as well as sick. They strengthen you body and enable to fulfill the functions of all systems. Sometimes the wrong food that you eat turns toxin and causes diseases.

Seeds and nuts can strengthen the brain cells and make it function well. Since they are an excellent source of antioxidants and Vitamin E which correspond with less cognitive decline, they can build up a strong memory. Nuts and seeds, commonly found everywhere such as walnuts, hazelnuts, cashews and almonds, can feed vital energy to your brain. They enable you to think clearer and perform better.

1) Walnut “the brain food”

Walnut is described as “brain food”. In shape, it looks like the brain. The antioxidants and Omega 3 found in walnut help in a special way strengthening brain and boosting memory. Rebecca Wood proves this in her book titled, “New Foods Encyclopedia” and shows how walnut perfectly fits to the structure of the human brain. The antioxidants help prevent and protect the brain from the damage of free radicals. The special property of walnuts called lecithin produces the neurotransmitter acetylcholine and helps faster signal transmission of the brain cells. This nut also helps control of aging and Alzheimer’s disease.

2) Almond supports neurological function

Phenylalanine, a chemical property contained in almond, boosts cognitive processes of the brain and supports healthy neurological function. This also helps brain produce hormones to stabilize our natural moods. Arginine, a property in almond, controls anxiety and calms you down. Moreover, almonds are high in riboflavin that is known to boost memory. L-carnitine found in almonds helps improving your memory.
