The possibility of combining different fruits and vegetables in a smoothie, allows us to create a great variety of juices to help us prevent diseases and disorders in different parts of our body and mind.

There are several “cocktails of fruits and vegetables that help us fight against anemia, diarrhea, insomnia. obesity, wrinkles, fatigue, liver disorders, bad breath, stress, headaches, osteoporosis, hypertension and many others… it is always recommended to drink smoothies in the mornings, for a better absorption.

This is the recipe of a Cocktail that will help us deal with FATIGUE, all you need is:

3 juicy oranges

3 apples

Squeeze, first of all, the three oranges. Pour the juice in a mixer and add the apples in pieces. There´s your smoothie. Drink it in the morning, before breakfast.
