Another alternative to fight this Osteoporosis

The possibility of combining different fruits and vegetables in a smoothie, allows us to create a great variety of juices to help us prevent diseases and disorders in different parts of our body and mind.

There are several “cocktails of fruits and vegetables that help us fight against anemia, diarrhea, insomnia. obesity, wrinkles, fatigue, liver disorders, bad breath, stress, headaches, osteoporosis, hypertension and many others… it is always recommended to drink smoothies in the mornings, for a better absorption.

This is the recipe of a Cocktail that will help us deal with OSTEOPOROSIS, all you need is to prepare the following smoothie:

1 orange

75 grs of endive

100 grs of carrots

Remember to wash vegetables carefully.

Squeeze first the orange to extract the juice, pour the juice into the mixer together with the endive and the carrots already cut in smaller pieces. Mix and ready to drink

Drink the smoothie in the morning, before breakfast…..much better…
