Five Tips to Shape Your Legs

Undoubtedly, ladies out there prefer to have those firm, sculpted legs. Why not? It adds confidence and a great look when wearing sexy shorts and flirty skirts.

Firstly, in every exercise or program you do, cardio exercise is very important to decrease fat on your thighs. Followed by appropriate leg exercises 2 to 3 times per week.

Tiptoes. Stand in front of a bar or any handle to hold. Raise yourself on your toes to be able to tiptoe. Slowly lower your heels. Repeat this for 20 times.

Pedal Motion. Lie on your back with hips firmly flat on the floor. Maintain the curve on your lower back for a space beneath your lower spine and the floor. Be sure to have your arms close to your body. Extend your right leg and bend your left. Repeat on the other side resembling a pedal motion.

Squat. Stand with your feet apart and hands at the side. Stand upright and slowly lower down the buttocks as if sitting on a chair. Then slowly stad up. Repeat for 20 times.

Glute Twist. Sit on your mat with your legs straight in front of you. Bend your left leg with the sole over your right knee. Grasp your right knee with inward motion towards you. Count for 30 seconds. Repeat the procedure for 10 times.

Pli├Ęs. Stand with your feet apart a little more than your shoulder width. Point your feet out opposing each other. Put your hands on your hips for balance. Then slowly drop your body straight down. Slowly get back to your original position. Repeat the procedure several times.
