Foods that cause Cancer

Foods should be edible stuff that help to build our bodies. However, there are some foods that destroy our bodies and give us cancer. I will tell you about four foods that wreck our bodies and give us cancer.

Cancerous Foods

The first on the list is corned beef .It is high in sodium. When eaten in excess it can cause high blood pressure. Red meat in general is harder to digest. The indigestible portions linger in our bodies and cause the growth of cancer cells.
Second on the list is m.s.g (monosodium glutamate).This is found in some seasonings. It is used by a large number of fast food outlets because this seasoning is very cheap and adds flavor quickly. This is why fast food is not good for you.
Third on the list is alcohol. Alcohol can be very destructive when taken in excess. It should not be consumed by people who are diabetic or taking any form of medication as it prevents the medication from working.. Excess consumption can lead to heart attack and stroke. Cancer cells will strive in this unhealthy environment especially when accompanied with smoking.
Fourth on the list is fresh water fish (man-made pond fish).This is the type of fish that they grow in a day or week. This type of food contains unhealthy hormones and can cause the growth of cancer cells or fibroids when eaten in excess. There are many more foods that are cancerous.
