Beans are nutritional power house, they are rich with protein, soluble fibre, iron, vitamins, folate, potassium and phytonutrients . this help the to lower blood cholesterol naturally.
you can make bean salads, soups and stew.

Leafy Greens

Leafy greens like spinach, cabbage, and lettuce are rich with vitamins, minerals, and fibre. They are naturally low in calories and fat. The antioxidants and bĂȘte-carotene in the dark leafy greens vegetables helps to reduce cholesterol levels.
you can use these vegetables in salads, steam or juice them


Oatmeal is very rich with vitamin E, K, calcium, iron, zinc, fibre sodium, potassium, magnesium, selenium, manganese and choline. The high fibre and magnesium in oatmeal is very effective in lowering cholesterol level and slowing down plague
accumulation in the blood vessel.

Cinnamon is a n old spice but very popular spice. It is rich with Vitamin A, K, fibre, calcium, magnesium, potassium and other nutrient's. The properties in cinnamon helps in lowering LDL "bad" cholesterol, triglyceride and serum cholesterol level.
You can put cinnamon in porridge cereal, tea and milk.
