• Cashews, Brazil-nut, nuts and seafood - source of the micronutrient selenium.
• Natural yoghurt, soy and fish - source of the essential amino acid lysine.


These foods should be eaten frequently to that over time can help the body to protect from pain and may be part of the treatment and never be considered as the treatment itself .
