Know how to keep a check on your weight this summer

stay in shape

Ice creams, cold coffees, pastas, burgers – sounds yummy? But u want to stay fit and slim this summer? Want to know how it is possible to stay slim this summer? Read on and follow the tips.
I know we all love movies and the ‘pop-corns’ but it’s time to resist and say goodbye to them. Every time you pick up one, remember that it is prepared with oil that might harm your health and also consists of 1,200 calories -- 75 grams fat in a medium tub). So, instead choose Licorice which has 500 calories.
If you really want to have burgers go for Turkey cheeseburger with 350 calories instead of beef cheeseburger which consists of 600 calories.

I know we crave for frozen coffee drinks in the sweltering heat but think of the fats in it—430 calories. Why not have Iced latte which has only 90 calories with 0 fat in 16 ounces? A latte will satisfy your craving for caffeine without you having to sacrifice the taste and flavour.
You can have Tzatziki yoghurt dip with pita chips which is made up of 160 calories. This will provide you with calcium and protein. And also, the pita chips are baked, no fried so this will not make you fat.
Salads are delicious and yummy. If you want to try one, go for Caprese salad.
Dying to have an ice cream? Ok. Chill! Why would you want to have a vanilla ice-cream cone when you can get a better choice with lesses calorie amount in it? Have ice-cream sandwich which is cold, creamy, yummy, and most importantly has only 190 calories while vanilla ice-cream would have 644 calories in a medium serving.
Choose your food wisely and stay slim all summer.
