TIPS TO CHOOSE A BEST HAIR STRAIGHETNER

If you want straight shiny hair, you can go for a hair straightening iron. It is very versatile in nature and it doesn’t matter what type of hair you have(long, short, curly, wavy etc.) Straightening hair with a good quality hair straightener can leave it feeling silky and smooth, and looking healthy and lustrous. Right hair straighteners can be difficult to choose. So, here are some tips to choose a best hair straightener .

Tip 1: Pick the right size hair straightener

Hair straighteners are like garments, they are not fit for all in one size only. The length and width of your hair should determine the size of your straightener. Right size of iron will help you keeping your hair safe from being damaged.
For short, thick hair: Use an iron with narrow plates ranging in size from half-an-inch to one-inch thick.
For long, thick hair: Use an iron with wider plates ranging in size from one-and-a-half inches to two-inches wide so that you could cover large section of hair in less time.

Tip 2: Choose the digital heat reading straightener

Always go for the straightener which has a digital heat reader so that you can adjust the heat temperature of your straightener according to your hair. Normal heating temperatures of a straighteners are as follows:

For damaged hair: 250-300 degrees F
For medium hair: 300-350 degrees F
For thick hair: 350-400 degrees F

Tip 3: Straightener with right material

Go for flat irons that use ceramic and Teflon coated materials for best results. They will iron your hair more effectively causing less heat damage to your hair and it gives you shinier, healthier & less frizzy look hair.

Tip 4: Pick Cordless or Wired hair straightener

Hair straightener comes in variety of forms: cordless and wired. Choose a hair straightener according to your need. If you go for a cordless straightener then it will be operated on batteries and the best advantage for this hair straightener is that you can use it in travelling also.
