Adopting healthy habits is the way to go. You should take baby steps and start with eating healthy – you are what you eat, and you can’t expect your body to function properly if you fuel it with fast food. Being overweight puts unnatural pressure on your muscles and joints, which is why you need to manage it and spend some time in the gym. Like with other diseases, leg pain is a lot easier to treat if you contact your doctor while it’s in its early stages. There’s no point in prolonging your pain and you shouldn’t use a lack of free time as your excuse.
