Get a better bottom

We all want to look better but we're often put off from working out by the amount of time and effort involved.

Here is a quick little trick that will have your bottom looking better in no time with very little effort.

Tone up without the effort of a workout

We all want to look better but we don’t want to work too hard for it. We know that exercise is good for us and will make us look better, but the idea of having to get all hot and sweaty doesn’t appeal. If only there was a way to improve the look (and feel) of our rear end without all the trauma?!

Well, there is! So if you want to look better, feel better and start drawing envious glances from your friends and co-workers then read on and I will show you how. This will take you virtually no time at all, show results in days and doesn’t require any special equipment, dieting or vigorous exercise.

Squeeze and release

The simple answer to your dilemma is buttock clenches. Not a beautiful sounding solution but it is really quite simple. All we are going to do is tense the muscles in our bum for a moment and then let them go. So, either stand up or lie face down and tense the muscles and release. Aim to do 50 to 100 of these a day and you’ll notice the difference by the end of the week.

100 may sound like a lot but each one takes less than a second so it will only take a minute of your time and it won’t leave you tired and sweaty at the end of it. You will start to feel the muscles in the butt start to get fatigued after a while so feel free to stop before 100, but try to build up the number you do over time.

Getting a feel for it

The real trick, which for some people takes a bit of getting used to, is to only tense the buttock muscles. Try to avoid twitching the pelvis as if you are doing mini pelvic thrusts. In theory you should be able to do this while waiting in line at the bank without anyone noticing!

One big plus about this exercise is that, because it gives such quick results for little effort, it acts as a way into more involved workouts. So, if you know you should be exercising to improve your health and weight (like most of us!) this exercise is a good way to get into the habit of working out before starting the heavy stuff. This will make you feel good and give you something to build on. Remember what they say: start small and build it up. This way you can avoid giving up quickly or not getting started at all. Give it a go and good luck!
