Don't be fooled

In today's consumer society people have been tricked into thinking they can pay for good health and fitness. But let me tell you, there is no pill in the world that will magically make you lose weight, and there has been no machine invented that will get you automatically fit. I am not saying that all health products available to buy are rubbish, but it is a fact that many of them are a waist of time. The only way you will change your health and fitness around, is by putting in constant effort everyday, and on a daily basis, it is hard work, but extremely worth it in the end. If you are not happy with your weight or your fitness levels, then there is only you who can do something about it, and the first thing you must do in order to get started, is to change your lifestyle.

Start now

Start by going to your cuboards and taking out anything that is not healthy, no I am not joking, all that junk food is rubbish and you don't need it, show chuck it out. Or better yet why not take it around to somebody who is less fortunate than you are, you may make there day. The next thing to do is to find out what foods are healthy for you, this is not hard to do, as a quick search on the internet with the appropriate keywords will get you the info that you need. Now you no whats healthy, you can start your healthy diet plan, this is something you will need to stick to if you want to change yourself.
The next thing to do is exercise, my advice is to start slow, and slowly build up your workout routines. Don't worry if you do not have loads of money, exercise is free, we don't need expensive machines to get fit. Simple exercises only using your body will do, things such as press ups, sit ups, squats, and running will get you to a fantstic level of fitness. But it will only work if you are dedicated to your routines, but remember to rest so your muscles so they heal, three two four, one hour work outs a week will do. Training will be hard work at first, but once your fitness starts to improve, fitness becomes fun, when them edorphins get going they give you a real buzz and a natural high which is a amazing feeling


Improving your diet and fitness level is life changing, there is no better way to give your life a kick start, get your heart beating faster, and feel the blood pump around your body, this really is what living is all about. There is no quick fix, but time and dedication will get you to where you want to be, only you can do it for you.
