One of my favorite fruits, the grapes. The grapes can be consumed under any circumstances, be processed in any form, ranging from grape juice, wine, jelly, raisins, grape seed oil, or eaten directly. Flavor and benefits and (possibly) the shape of grapes here, which causes the price of grapes tend to be expensive.

According to the data that I took from the USDA Nutrient Database, grapes contain nutrients such as: energy, carbohydrates, sugars, dietary fiber, fat, protein, thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, folate, vitamin B12, vitamin C, vitamin K, calcium, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, and zinc.

Benefits of Grapes for Health
The wine has a lot of benefits in our body. Here, I give some of the benefits and efficacy of grapes:

1. Antibacterial
With the content of antibacterial, able to protect our bodies from infection from outside.

2. Alzheimer's
Fruit wine contains resveratrol, a polyphenol that is able to reduce the levels of beta peptides amyloidal owned by people with Alzheimer's.

3. Kidney Disorders

It's good if you have problems with digestion, regularly consume this fruit. The grapes can help digestion.

9. Heart disease
With increasing levels of nitric oxide in the blood, is useful to prevent blood clots and reduce the risk of heart disease.

10. Constipation
The content of organic acids, sugars, and cellulose in grapes, is very useful to deal with complaints of constipation.
