Insomnia is a condition where it becomes difficult to initiate or maintain the regular sleep pattern.

The disorder is caused mainly due to insufficient quantity or poor sleep quality. Insomnia develops health risks by causing severe depression, lack of concentration, anxiety and fatigue.
