Healthy Muslibar and Smoothie recipe

This is a healthy müslibar snack, which can be eaten without getting a guilty feeling. This recipe is great for those adults and kids who look after something sweet in the afternoon hours. You can easy make these and the bonus is they are healthy and taste great.

Müslibar, what is needed;

* 250grams oatmeal
* 75grams coconut flakes (desiccated coconut)
* 100grams dried cranberries
* 60grams raisins
* 60grams sunflower seeds
* 125grams almonds
* 1.5 decilitre's solid honey
* 1 cup creamy peanut butter
* 0.5 decilitre's Boiling water

Müslibar, How to?

When honey, peanut butter and water are boiling together in a small saucepan, then you pour over the remaining ingredients and knead it all together. Put the whole mass out onto a baking plate with baking parchment on, the height of the mass should be approximate 2 centimeters high. It should be baked t 180-200 degrees in a preheated oven for about 10 minutes. Remove the baking plate is removed from the oven, cut the mass into the desired size of müslibars.
Insert the baking plate into the upper part of the oven, where it needs to bake another 10 minutes.

Note: If you do not take out the müslibars half way through the baking time, you will not be able to cut and shape the müslibars into the desired shapes.

This is a saturating Smoothie recipe, because fruit are so sweet and only gives a short increase in the blood sugar, this smoothie recipe will be surely to give a saturating feeling.

Banana Yogurt Smoothie, what is needed;

* 1 banana
* 50 grams of frozen strawberries
* 60 grams of yogurt (preferably low fat)
* 1 cup of low fat milk
* 1 tea spoon of honey

Smoothie, How to?
Put it all in the blender and let it run, this is so easy that you shouldn't get problems. Then when finished, serve it in a glass with a straw.
