Vitamin C Immunity Booster Smoothie

Most people know that increasing the use of vitamin C during a cold will both increase your immunities against the cold and reduce the time required to recover from the cold. It can also help prevent a super infection such as pneumonia and asthma to name a few.

If you want to try boosting your immunities to help reduce the chance of super infection try this healthy vitamin C immunity booster.

Dr. Oz’s Vitamin C Smoothie
2 oranges
½ a cantaloupe
1 c strawberries
1 tomato (Yes: The most misunderstood fruit!)

Preparation: Juice the oranges. Peel cantaloupe and cut into pieces. Clean and prepare strawberries by removing leaves. Cut tomato into pieces.
Combine: Juice from oranges, cantaloupe, stawberries and tomatoes in blender over ice.
Blend until smooth. Pour into glass and enjoy.

I have to take Vitamin C often, I tend to get sick anytime the weather drops below 60 degrees
